You can use HubSpot to access or request:

    • Contact or company details

How to Find Contact or Company Info

    • Go to Contacts > Contacts or Contacts > Companies.

    • Use the search bar to find the record.

    • Click the name to open the record and review:

      • Communication history

      • Associated deals/tickets

      • Property values

      • Logged activities (calls, emails, notes)

How to Access Reports and Dashboards

    • Navigate to Reports > Dashboards.
