Fixing SMS, Call, or Email Logging Issues in HubSpot
If your SMS, call, or email activities aren't appearing in HubSpot, follow these steps to identify and resolve the issue.
Verify Activity Logging Settings
Email Logging:
- Check Email Integration Settings: Ensure your email provider is integrated correctly with HubSpot. Navigate to Settings > Objects > Activities > Email Logging to verify your settings. HubSpot Community
- Enable "Log All Emails to/from Known Contacts": In the same settings menu, select "Log all emails to/from known contacts" to automatically log all email communications with existing contacts. HubSpot Community
SMS and Call Logging:

Manually Log Activities
If automatic logging fails, you can manually log activities:
- Navigate to the relevant Contact, Company, Deal, or Ticket record.

Check Activity Filters
